1. Research designs inserted into Adobe Express

2.  Pictures of sketches (6 small with color) in Journal/ Portfolio 

3. .png of 3 x  3 square 

5. .png Clothing items with patterns 

5. Portfolio - Insert all documentation and imagery into your portfolio.  Reflect on the process.    

6.  pdf file of Clothing items submitted to Moodle

Reflection Prompts

  • What was your inspiration for the pattern you designed, and how does it complement the clothing pieces in your tech pack?

  • What challenges did you encounter when creating or aligning your pattern swatch, and how did you address them?

  • How did you ensure that your pattern was scalable and visually appealing when applied to different clothing pieces?

  • What tools or techniques in Adobe Illustrator were most useful for creating and applying your pattern swatch, and why?

  • How did you decide on the color palette and placement of your patterns to achieve a cohesive and professional look?

  • If you were to revise your pattern or its application to the clothing, what would you change to improve the overall design and why?
