Logo Project Part 1

Your assignment is to find several examples of a company or personal logo. A logo is a graphic symbol or emblem used to aid and promote instant recognition. An internationally successful company's logo will be recognizable anywhere in the world. Logos can be purely graphical or can contain the name or title of the organization or individual they represent. A good logo will be easily recognizable, not overly complex, and able to be attractively reproduced at many sizes.

You need to collect several logos that you find interesting. You may find some of them online, but you need to find at least 1 logos "in the wild" and take pictures of them. They can be from companies, organizations, and individuals. They can be familiar or obscure. Do not include anything that is inappropriate or is from a company or organization that is offensive.

Create a Collage in Word  with the logos in it.   Along with the logos, include where you found them (the URL if you found it online) and then write a sentence or two about why you chose that particular logo. You should collect a minimum of 5 logos.

The assignment will be graded as follows:

• 1 point for each logo
• 1 point for including logo source
• 1 point for comments on logo
• Maximum score is 15 points
