Tutorial and Directions:
In this challenge you will use the fundamentals of lettering to do the following:
Option 1: Create a letter that has the form of a thing that begins with that letter. (E.G. an A that looks like an Apple.)
Options 2: Create very artistic insert pictures into letter that represents the things described.
You will each do three letters: the letters of your initials. If you do not have three unique initials, you may choose any of the following letters in addition to your initials:
F G I O Q U X Y
You may do additional letters for extra credit.
Create your Alphabet Objects on a letter size document in portrait mode. At the bottom of each page, add "A is for Apple" or the appropriate wording. Include your initials in the corner of the page as well.

Assignment
Step 1: Brainstorm ideas of how your initials could become graphics
Step 2: Sketch some different ideas out, have two sketch for each initial
Steps 3: Create the graphics in Illustrator. (Remember all the different tools you have learned through out the semester. Your graphics should be more advanced that earlier creations.)
You need to show a new skills. Find a Youtube video or short that give you a different tool that enables you to create a unique and original alphabet object.
Step 4: Insert all parts into your portfolio, include your sketches and graphics, and link to video tutorial.
Step 5: Save the file as a pdf document and submit to Moodle
