You have been hired to design an album cover for a musical act. It can be a band/ artist of your choice. The band is looking for an album that is different than anything they have done before. They really want their band name in custom typography. The band wants 2 different designs before they decide on the final design. They are willing to pay big BUCKS $100 / hour.

Follows Principles of Design and Typography considerations.

Steps to follow:

1. Look at the website above for some inspiration in creating a custom type. Create a document with examples of ideas for your custom text. (5pts)

2. Choose a band / artist

3. Sketch 3 possible considerations for the custom typography. (5pts)

4. Sketch 3 possible considerations for the album cover (5pts)

5. Select your favorite multiple combinations and create them. (This will require illustrator, Photoshop or both)

6. Turn in your final designs. (30pts)

7. Reflect on your design process: write about how you accomplished your goal, what worked, what didn't, future applications from what you learned. (5pts)
