Use the Live Trace and Live Paint tools in Adobe Illustrator to colorize a line drawing.

Find a picture online to color. Line drawings work best. You also want the largest possible resolution. If you use Google Image Search, you can choose "line drawing" and "large" on the side to filter your results. When you click on the image, it often gives a lower resolution preview, so be sure to click on "full size image" on the right if it says it is a larger image.

Right-click and copy the image in the browser and then go to edit --> paste in a document in Illustrator to paste the image in. You may need to resize it to fit it on the artboard (hint: use Alt+Ctrl to resize and keep it centered and proportional).

In Illustrator you will see the "Image Trace" option at the top of the page when the image is selected. Click it to trace the image and if it is acceptable, press expand. Then you can use the Live Paint Bucket tool to color the image.

Save your final image as a PDF file. Upload it here, naming it with the following naming convention:

First Initial, Last Name, livetrace
Example: nnoltelivetrace.pdf
